Mad Girl's Love Song
I shut my eyes and all the world drops dead;
I lift my lids and all is born again.
(I think I made you up inside my head.)
The stars go waltzing out in blue and red,
And arbitrary blackness gallops in:
I shut my eyes and all the world drops dead.
I dreamed that you bewitched me into bed
And sung me moon-struck, kissed me quite insane.
(I think I made you up inside my head.)
God topples from the sky, hell's fires fade:
Exit seraphim and Satan's men:
I shut my eyes and all the world drops dead.
I fancied you'd return the way you said,
But I grow old and I forget your name.
(I think I made you up inside my head.)
I should have loved a thunderbird instead;
At least when spring comes they roar back again.
I shut my eyes and all the world drops dead.
(I think I made you up inside my head.)”

Emotions
This song was first made as an instrumental,
and then while looking for vocals to add, I dropped in the acapella of Emotions
and the version I had fit PERFECTLY.
I didn't even have to cut the vocals.
So I took it as a sign from above and added some more stuff to it, and now here it is.

"So then. If you awaken from this illusion, and you understand that black implies white,
self implies other, life implies death--or shall I say, death implies life--you can conceive yourself.
Not conceive, but FEEL yourself, not as a stranger in the world, not as someone here on sufferance,
on probation, not as something that has arrived here by fluke, but you can begin to feel your own
existence as absolutely fundamental. What you are basically, deep, deep down, far, far in, is simply
the fabric and structure of existence itself. So, say in Hindu mythology, they say that the world is the
drama of God. God is not something in Hindu mythology with a white beard that sits on a throne,
that has royal prerogatives. God in Indian mythology is the self, 'Satchitananda.' Which means 'sat,'
that which is, 'chit,' that which is consciousness; that which is 'ananda' is bliss.
In other words, what exists, reality itself is gorgeous, it is the fullness of total joy. Wowee!
And all those stars, if you look out in the sky, is a firework display like you see on the fourth of July,
which is a great occasion for celebration; the universe is a celebration,
it is a fireworks show to celebrate that existence is."

I've been using my phone to take pictures more than my camera recently,
here are some shots from the last few months that I really liked.
