Mother Russia
After about 1.5 years of half-hearted work, I've finally finished the video of our family trip to Russia in summer 08.
It was a long task watching all those video tapes to look for clips and then editing them, but it's finally done.
I really need to tell you that this video doesn't come close to showing how awesome Russia is.
You need to go there and experience it for yourself, Russian culture is just so different and amazing.
It really changed my attitude concerning my heritage. People there are really diverse and their cities and lifestyles are so different from America.
All in all, this was a life-changing experience for me and I would recommend that everyone go there themselves to experience it first-hand,
even if you're not Russian.
Also, I know the video is pretty long but watch all of it, it's worth it (in my opinion)

God gave me the Sunshine
So this quarter I finally took a photography class, black and white film photography,
and it's been really awesome so far. I've been learning a lot about photography
and it's really fun to get to develop your own film and make your own prints
and the whole process is just so much more rewarding than digital photography.
You actually feel like you did more to get that photo than simply press a button.
Furthermore, there's so many tweaks and tricks to
make a print of a photo the way you want it. It's like the oldschool photoshop.
Anyways here's some of my first prints from my first assignment,
and they will be followed by more that I did just for fun very soon.
Helios-The Toy Garden
An awesome passage:
Psalm 24:1-5
The earth is the LORD’s, and all its fullness,
The world and those who dwell therein.
For He has founded it upon the seas,
And established it upon the waters.
Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD?
Or who may stand in His holy place?
He who has clean hands and a pure heart,
Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol,
Nor sworn deceitfully.
He shall receive blessing from the LORD,
And righteousness from the God of his salvation.
